Bedrooms

The Olive Barn has four bedrooms and all linen is provided.

1. master bedroom with queen bed & adjoining shared bathroom,

2. bedroom two has a queen bed,

3. bedroom three has a queen and king-single bed,

4. and a bunk room that sleeps three - one set of bunks and one single bed.

Bathrooms

There is a master bathroom upstairs which also adjoins the master bedroom. This includes large shower and bath. Modern fixtures and tiled floor. Downstairs there is a second bathroom incl a second shower.

Towels are available. Fantastic water pressure and continuous gas-heated hot water.

Kitchen

Enjoy gas cooking on the 5-burner gas cook-top and huge electric oven or outdoors on the BBQ on the north or south facing verandahs. Fully equipped kitchen appliances, utensils & dinner-ware. Enjoy the cappuccino-maker.

You are welcome to use any food items from the cupboards but please replace them. Tea/coffee are complimentary. Dishwashing & laundry consumables are provided.

Housekeeping

You need to take your rubbish with you - there is a recycling station just up the road.

There are two sets of linen per bed available and plenty of towels. You are welcome to use these but you are responsible for laundering them when you're finished. Full laundry facilities are provided including consumables. Some guests do find it easier to take their own linen so they don't have to worry and drying washing on check-out day.

You are expected to leave the premises in clean and tidy condition. We appreciate you sweeping/vacuuming the floors when you leave and ensuring all toys, DVDs, board games etc are put away properly.

Smoking outside only.

Pets outside. Small pets may be permitted inside but downstairs only and not on any furniture please.
