Groups greater than 10 people will be subject to additional charge of $7.00 per extra person per night.

Payment Terms & Conditions

50% deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking. This is non-refundable with respect to Peak Season bookings if cancelled within 3 months of the booking start date, if cancelled prior to 3-months of the booking start date 75% of the deposit is refundable.

Rest of Year bookings are fully refundable less a $25 cancellation fee, except for school holiday or long weekend periods where a $50 cancellation fee will be retained.

Balance is payable 7 days prior to first day of booking. This is non-refundable.
